Semi-flared, pull on skirt with gathers beneath a wide waistband on centre front and centre back. Contrast band at the hem. Can be worn on hips or waist depending on how you adjust the elastic. Make this skirt from one, two or three fabrics. Optional narrow belt with button closure or bow with Velcro™ closure is included in the pattern.
